In 2016 we worked with the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (Inner Eastern Metro) to help develop a theraupetic pilot program for young people. Hive worked with program staff and decision makers to outline the program's logic model including indicators of success and evaluation possibilities.
In 2015 to 2016 we worked with Knox City Council Youth Information Centre in partnership with the local youth community. Hive developed a collaborative evaluation process that helped to measure the real outcomes of the service they currently provide and consider the opportunities for the future.
In 2014 we worked with Windermere Family Services to help mobilise their strategic priorities. Hive developed an organisation-wide tool to coordinate, manage and report on their strategic progress.
In 2013 & 2014 we worked with Knox City Council to assist in two strategic service reviews. Hive conducted community, youth and staff consultations and provided review analysis and program logic.
In 2012 and 2013 we worked with residents of the Satterley Property Group across Victoria. We helped establish local events, groups and importantly communication channels that continue to support ongoing connections between residents.
In 2011, we evaluated a state-wide project on occupational health & safety for the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare. Our evaluation provided 360 degree feedback, identified the program's theory for change and articulated the project's success.
Hive Cafe operated in Melbourne in 2010 as a social cafe and centre. Acting as a local resource, the cafe provided a space for community groups whilst offering fair trade / organic / free range / local produce options.
From 2008 to 2010 we worked with the Stockland Property Group to support, engage and help develop new residential communities across Australia.
